Ingredients
- 10 OZ Artichoke hearts
- 3 Tbsp Lemon juice About 1 medium sized lemon
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning blend
Instructions

Cut your artichoke hearts into halves and place in a medium size bowl.

Add the lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Toss the ingredients together gently with a spoon until well incorporated.

Transfer the artichoke hearts into a jar and pout in the liquid. Cover with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Notes
You will know your artichokes have gone bad when they taste like vinegar.
