Sugar free raspberry jam is made with just a few ingredients. The natural sweentess of the raspberries is just enought to compliment the tartness of the lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 2 C. Frozen Raspberries *Can also use fresh raspberries
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions

In a medium sauce pan add the raspberries and lemon juice

Simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally until thick.

The jam will stick to the back of your spoon
Notes
*Optional: Add 2 Tbsp of raw sugar to the jam if you are wanting to add more sweetness.
Note: If using fresh raspberries, the reduce time will take longer.
